An accomplished real estate professional, Mr. Beason has been involved with the real estate industry for over 30 years. Mr. Beason was the EVP/CFO for a Top 50 homebuilder for approximately twenty years, the EVP/CFO of a national real estate investment firm previously and began his career in public accounting serving a real estate and construction clientele. Gary is a CPA and holds a BS in business administration and an MBA with an emphasis in finance.

Mr. Casiano had nearly 13 years of accounting and operations experience with a Top 50 homebuilder. Mike holds a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University.

Mr. Tracy holds a BA degree from San Diego State University and is a licensed California Real Estate Agent.

Kim Moffat

Interior Designer

Ms. Moffat holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design.

Mrs. Carter has 12 years of real estate sales experience, which includes work in new homes sales for 7 years with a Top 50 homebuilder. Andrea also holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from UABC.
